  • Story manuscripts (Word or PDF), titles, optional pen names, author biographies, and contributor-agreement acknowledgments when you submit a story for consideration
  • Order and payment details related to your purchase (payment card data is handled by PayPal; we do not store full card numbers)
  • Technical information such as browser type, device information, and general usage data needed to operate and secure the site

How we use information

We use this information to:

  • Process orders and send download links
  • Review story submissions and contact authors about publication decisions
  • Respond to questions and support requests
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the website

We keep order, customer, and related records as needed to fulfill purchases, provide download access, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. Story submission files and related author information are retained while we evaluate the collection and afterward as needed for publication, archival, or legal purposes, until we delete them.
